What do I get my wife for our 1 year wedding anniversary? Ladies, please help!?

Our 1 year anniversary is coming up, and I need some help. She has a very pretty ring and wedding band, but a few months ago she said she was excited for some time down the road when she can get another band to put on the OTHER side of the ring?? But I think I should wait to do that till further down the road, right?

She wears a size 7 ring, so I know I could go out and buy a ring if I wanted to, which is, kinda what I think she wants. She has also hinted before that she doesn't have very many nice necklaces. I don't know...I'd like to get her a ring if I could, her wedding ring is the only nice one she has. Do I get white gold like the wedding ring is? And she could wear on the other hand?

Although I love jewelry I think the best anniversary present would be a weekend get away to somewhere romantic and secluded.
