where else can I incorporate my wedding theme during the reception?

I am having a green apple wedding.

I was going to use real green apples as my centerpiece but I got a deal on flowers so I'm going to use flowers instead and I feel like my theme needs something. Any ideas of how else I can incorporate apples into the reception?
