Help! 53 days away from my wedding and i can't fit into my gown.? you like to ask?

I know I should lose weight in a healthy manner, i.e diet and exercise and stuff but the truth is I don't really have the time to take that route. I need something quick. Any ideas???

53 days is plenty of time for diet and exercise. If your dress is significantly too small, I would really recommend that you get it altered. You will look better in a dress that fits you well, and you will be happier if you are more comfortable.
