I want the last questions that I asked for on all these new "energy" drinks that have come onto the market over the last few years, to cover. They seem to be all the rage, especially with youth, they promise you the world with these outrageous claims of all the amazing energy that you have to, and how you will defeat the competition in your sport, and the like.

A few questions arise here:

Are these "energy" drinks really a kind of magical energy formula? Are these drinks really any good for you? Have they actually increase your energy? Or they will help you To lose weight?

First, we want to see what most of these energy drinks will be made in the rule. Most of them are simply carbonated water loaded to show with well-thrown-mast high fructose, caffeine, the amino acid taurine, and some random B-vitamins for, to induce thinking there is something about these health Brew.

Let's start with the high fructose syrup. Well, that's just empty calories that go straight onto your belly fat, and in fact are worse for you, as the good old refined sugar.

OK, so you say that low-sugar or sugar-free varieties as an alternative to the HFCS-load energy drinks. Yes, but now You have the trouble of harmful chemicals in artificial sweeteners.

And the vast majority of the B vitamins are simply coming right down the toilet in your pee. Vitamins are best naturally from real food sources not artificially added to some carbonated drink. Your body just does not use a false source of vitamins as easily as from natural sources from real life.

So as you can see, in my opinion, I give all these energy drinks a big time NO NO! You're better off mixing your own homemade energy drink with some iced green, white and oolong tea unsweetened, a little from 100% pure berry or pomegranate juice, and perhaps a hint of a non-denatured Whey protein.
