what are SIMULATED DIAMONDS?

i no not alot about diamonds and gold as i dont wear much jewlery but for my wedding rings i want them real no fakeys.. what would a real diamond be called because all the ones i have seen are simulated or other silly names. the local jewlery stores dont have what i am after..

A real diamond as I've always reffered to it is "diamond" I guess you could also try "natural diamond" as well. Also, wanting a diamond isn't always enough either. All diamonds are not created equal. Another great test to use when you have a diamond and you want to know if it's real or not is to simply breath on it like you would a cold window to fog it up.
