Tungsten rings made 1/2 size larger does this mean EVERY tungsten ring is larger?

Does this mean ALL tungsten rings are larger or only comfort fit bands? by tungsten? We ordered not noticing that so now we are looking at other rings (since this is not available at the moment) but I am not sure if we order in his regular size or go down 1/2 a size if we decide on another tungsten ring. The other tungsten rings I noticed didnt have the note about being larger.
