Anyone know much about the value of jewellery?
For my wifes birthday i bid for some earrings on E-bay. They were described has '3 tone 10k rose, white & yellow gold. They contain 22 diamonds totalling 0.25ct. Colour I-J, clarity I1-12. They weigh 1.9gms and are 22mm drop. I got them for £26.99 which seems cheap to me. Other items with 0.25ct of diamonds are £100 and over. Am i missing something here or have i got a genuine bargain. The item number is 320162387316 if you'd like to see a pic of them. PS, They havn't arrived yet due to the postage strike.
I have viewed your jewelery. The pictures are quite good.
The actual length of the earrings overall is probably a bit over an inch. Even tho the mountings are 10K, they are extremely well made with a support gallery around the back, instead of the stones being mounted on flat plates. 10K is harder than 14k so these should be durable and will hold the stones well.
