Is 10 karat gold decent quality for a wedding band?

My husband is planning to buy me a plain white gold band because I'm pregnant and can't wear my diamond wedding/engagement ring. I don't want him to spend much and have found a 10k white gold 3mm band I like for a very good price.

My question is...is this decent quality? Will it look different next to my other rings (when I can fit into them again) and will it last for a long time? I don't know the specifications of my wedding/engagement ring, but I doubt they are any less than 14k.

Oh, well it shouldn't look like I'm wearing two wedding rings, because my original is wrap. So even though I have an engagement ring that's a solitaire and a wedding band that wraps around it...it just looks like one ring. People always ask me if I'm engaged.
