9ct AND18ct white gold - worn together?

I have a 18ct white gold diamond engagement ring,

but seen a lovely 9ct white gold wedding band i like.

Can i wear the two together?
Will either rub off?

I would get a 18ct white gold if i really have to, but our wedding budget is decreasing and the ring is for a bargain price on eBay... HeLp! x

18ct gold and 9ct gold should not be worn together as the 18ct gold is softer therefore over time the 9ct gold rings can wear away the 18ct gold ring.
